Türkçe: Bu eser Türk ulusunun İkinci Cumhur Reisi Millî Şef İsmet İnönü devrinde ve Afyon mebusu Ali Çetinkaya'nın Münakalât Vekilliği (Ulaştırma Bakanlığı) zamanında yapılmış, 19 Temmuz 1939'da işletmeye açılmıştır.
English: This building was built during the period of the Second President of the Turkish nation, National Chief İsmet İnönü, and during Afyon Deputy Ali Çetinkaya's Ministry of Transport, and was put into operation on 19 July 1939.
