Description

I went out to JFK yesterday to do some information behavior observation for a class assignment. I rode around the AirTrain a half dozen times or so.

Overall information seeking behavior impressions: people enter the new terminals slowly and quietly, like they just stepped into a steel & glass St. Peter's. People enter the old, dirty, hopeless terminals of AA and DL with the sense that they won't find what they're looking for easily, and anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.
