| Description |
This Airbus A321 of the Spanish flag-carrier Iberia is seen just after takeoff from runway 25 Left at Barcelona's El Prat airport. The standard departure route requires pilots to turn out over the Mediterranean no higher than 500 ft, just after takeoff, for noise abatement procedures. Consequently the turn is made only seconds after the wheels leave the ground as 500 feet is reached quickly. The good thing about them doing that is it presents a nice view along the wing for those photographers that have pre-positioned themselves accordingly. |
