Description
日本語: 灰汁笹巻き(あくささまき)。もち米を笹の葉で三角にまとめて包んだあと灰汁に漬け込み、蒸して作ったちまき。強い硫黄臭に好き嫌いは分かれるが、慣れるとうまみを感じる。砂糖入りきな粉(もしくは青大豆から作った青きな粉)をまぶして食べる。
