Rückseite: L - E [Jahr 5]. Antoninus Pius steht in einer Toga und mit einer Schriftrolle (rotulus) in der gesenkten l. Hand nach r. Er reicht Faustina maior, in langem Gewand und mit Langzepter, seine r. Hand (dexiosis). Zwischen beiden ein Altar.

Kommentar: In der Literatur wird der Gegenstand in der l. Hand des Kaisers als Kurzschwert (parazonium) angesprochen. Die dargestellte Situation des Handschlags (dextrarum iunctio) spricht allerdings für eine andere Deutung.
