Summary edit

Description
English: Alina Glamann, a 2013/2014 participant of the voluntary ecological year (Freiwilliges Ökologisches Jahr, FÖJ). The young woman from Berlin spended it with the Brandenburg Wilderness Foundation (Stiftung Naturlandschaften Brandenburg). Here she checks a mobile seasonal amphibian and reptile fence stretched around the tribune, an abandoned military building of the former Group of Soviet Forces in Germany proving ground (or training area) in the Lieberose Heath (Lieberoser Heide) in Schwielochsee, Landkreis Dahme-Spreewald, Brandenburg, Germany. Because work has been startet to convert this area in an ecological succession exhibition park with the tribune in it's centre, it became necessary to resettle some local populations of garlic toads (Pelobates fuscus) and sand lizards (Lacerta agilis). The idea is that these animals, when they reach the fence they are unable to climb over and then run along and drop into buckets.
