On February 1, 2023, on the birthday of Mihály Tabányi (1921-2019), the memorial plaque of the King of the Accordion, Budapest Honorary Citizen was unveiled / on the plaque 2022! /on the house No. 3 Almássy Street, where the artist lived between 1942 and 1955. Mihály Tabányi was one of the most popular jazz musicians in Hungary. The National Society of Hungarian Harmonicists declared Mihály Tabányi's birthday, February 1, as the Day of Hungarian Harmonicists in 2016. - 3 Almássy Street, 7th district of Budapest
