English: α-synuclein aggregates associate with ruptured vesicles. A. Live-cell movie of SH-SY5Y chGal3 cells that have been exposed to Dylight 488 conjugated α-synuclein aggregates for 24 hours. The chGal3 signal is red, and the labeled α-synuclein aggregates are displayed in green. Images were collected at five second intervals for five minutes.
