עברית: מזבח שהציב יוליוס מאגנוס, מפקד הלגיון השנים עשר פולמינטה. בחזית המזבח מגולף עיט, מוכתר בזר בידי ניקה, אלת הניצחון. בגומחה הימינית ניצבת פורטונה, אלת המזל, ובגומחה השמאלית מינרווה, אלת המלחמה. בגומחה האחורית ניקה עם שלל ניצחון ביד אחת וכף תמר ביד השנייה. החלק התחתון של המזבח התגלה בחולות קיסריה ב-1947 ופורסם על ידי ברוך ליפשיץ. החלק העליון נחשף ב-1983. נוסח הכתובת: יוליוס מגנוס, (קנטוריון) של הלגיון השנים עשר פולמינטה
