English: Floor plan of castle Altes Schlössel near Dossenheim, sometimes historicaly incorrectly referred to as Kronenburg. Yellowː modern foot paths, orangeː modern forest road; BF = assumed location of castle keep. Ostburg= eastern part of the castle, Westburg= western part of the castle, Zwinger= inner bailey, Graben= neck ditch. All walls are in the state of severe decay, hence the floor plan could only give a first estimate.
Deutsch: Schematischer Grundriss der Burgruine Altes Schlössel bei Dossenheim, ahistorisch auch Kronenburg genannt. West- und Ostburg waren wahrscheinlich Teil einer zusammenhängenden Anlage, die verbliebenen Grundmauern sind inzwischen stark dem Verfall preisgegeben. Legendeː BF = vermutete Grundmauern des Bergfriedes; Westburgː Gebäude vermutlich Wohnturm, Fundort der Unterbodenheizung; orange Linieː heutiger Forstweg, gelbe Linienː heutige Fußwege. Hinweisː die Angaben zum Grundriss bei F. Krahe sind falsch genordet (20 Grad Abweichung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn). |
