English: Alva Amasa Tanner (December 26, 1849-December 29, 1929) was a phrenologist, poet, and seer. He moved from Union, Utah, to Oakley, Idaho, in 1882. Tanner's works included Dreams and Revelations, published in 1917, and A Castout Mormon, published in 1919.
