Amanita ushuaiensis group Image location: Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina I split this observation up since there were two specimens separated by several miles (number 0226.24 is now in observation 19808). number 0226.23, page 152 Used references: The original decription of _Amanita ushuaiensis is less than minimal. A. grauiana and A. merxmuelleri are said to have lilac or lavender on the stem. Based on microscopic features: Spores were measured and they are a good fit for the grauiana-merxmuelleri-ushuaiensis cluster.
