CHOOSING OF ELECTORS.—YAQctors of President andVice-President are chosen in each State on the Tuesday nextafter the first Monday in November, in every fourth year suc-ceeding every election of a President or Vice-President. Thisis the Presidential election. The number of electors must equal the whole number ofRepresentatives and Senators to which the several States are bylaw entitled at the time when the President and Vice-Presidentto be chosen come into office.
