English: Maximum intensity projections of a field of P56S-VAPB- expressing HeLa Tet-Off cells doubly stained for VAPB with anti-myc antibodies (red) and for giantin (green). Shown are maximum intensity projections generated from rotation around the X-axis of a stack of 16 confocal sections acquired at 0.2 µm intervals. Each image is rotated by 5° with respect to the preceding one, for a total rotation of 180°.
