Português: Imaculada Conceição, coroada por 12 estrelas, é apresentada sob a forma de Virgem do Apocalipse: e comparada ao Sol (Electa ut sol) e à Lua (Pulchra ut luna). Os outros emblemas são originários do "Cântico dos Cânticos" e da "Ladainha Lauretana": a Imaculada é Fonte dos Jardins (Fons Hortorum) ou Poço de Águas Vivas (Puteus aquarum viventium), Exaltada como o Cedro (Cedrus exaltata), Rosa Mística (Rosa mystica), Torre de Marfim (Turris eburnea), Escada do Paraíso (Scala paradisii), Estrela da Manhã (Stella matutina). A esses atributos místicos, junta-se a figura da serpente infernal esmagada pela Virgem, vitoriosa sobre o pecado original. A Ordem dos Franciscanos é evocada pelos dois cordões monacais que emolduram a imagem da Virgem, cada um deles com três nós, simbolizando os votos perpétuos de castidade, pobreza e obediência. A obra, executada provavelmente em São Paulo no século XVIII, pertencia ao Convento de Santa Clara de Taubaté.
