English: Cells co-expressing Sla1-mRFP and Sla2-GFP (KAY1734) were imaged and composition of spots was analysed. Exposure 0.5 sec for each fluorophore. Time lapse of recording 1 frame/2 seconds. Movie shows at 1 frame/0.2 seconds.
