English: GFP-Atg5 spots were observed around GAS in a cell expressing mRFP-Rab7T22N. HeLa cells expressing GFP-Atg5 were transfected with mRFP-Rab7T22N. The cells were observed by time-lapse video microscopy after the infection period. Green; GFP-Atg5, Magenta; DAPI.
