English: An Easter Walk in the Conwy Valley - 21 The photograph was taken on a public footpath connecting an unclassified road (behind the viewpoint) between Tyn-y-groes and Rowen with Pontwgan (ahead).
The gate is part of a line that demarcates a somewhat marshy area behind the viewpoint with easier walking beyond. Through the gate the OS map shows that the path, which turns to the left, runs uphill through a walled track. The track however is impassable and the walker needs to walk along the field edge to the south. To see the next photograph on this walk, click here 408341.
