Description

Andheri Market - Mumbai Left to right (Bhing, Karli or kalli (Cut at a 30 Degree Angle), white pomfret, whole karli) Left back - Surmai in Marathi or "viswanachen posta" in Konkani or King Fish.

You need to know fish anatomy to facilitate easy eating of certain varieties. The 30 degree angle cut in a karli is along the bone. So when you pull on a slice, with soft hands all you get is flesh, the bone stays behind :)
