Former Krausz Tenement Building (aka Krausz Palace). Now office building. Built in 1884. Planned by Zsigmond Quittner. Allegorical facade statues by Gyula Donáth, József Róna, other architectural sculptures by Ignác Oppenheimer, Second floor/First storey facade statues (two couple): Eden and the Heroic; Roman (people?) and the Modern (people?) - 12 Andrássy Avenue = 1 Dobó István Street = 17 Révay Miklós Street, District VI of Budapest.

Egykori Krausz-bérpalota. Az első emeletnél lunettában (?) az 'Éden és a Heroikus', ill. a 'Római és a Modern' allegoriája látható. A harmadik emelet magasságában a 'Hűség és a Szerelem', a 'Vendégszeretet és a Gazdagság', valamint (jobbra) az 'Egyetértés és az Erő', ill. a 'Béke és a Munka' szoborpárjai, mint a polgári erények mementói állnak.
