Allegorical facade statues on the third storey by Gyula Donáth, József Róna (four couple of the 'civic virtues', from left to rigth: Loyalty and Love; Hospitality and Richness or Welfare; Accord or Consensus and Force or Power; Peace and Work). Former Krausz Tenement Building (aka Krausz Palace). Built in 1884. Now office building Planned by Zsigmond Quittner - 12 Andrássy Avenue = 1 Dobó István Street = 17 Révay Miklós Street, District VI of Budapest.

Jelenleg irodaház azonosító: 691, törzsszám: 15538 A háromemeletes, eklektikus, eredeti rendeltetése szerinti lakóházat Quittner Zsigmond tervei alapján épült a névadó Krausz családnak. Épületdíszek: a harmadik emelet magasságában (szemből nézve bal oldalon) a 'Hűség és a Szerelem', a 'Vendégszeretet és a Gazdagság', /valamint (jobbra) az 'Egyetértés és az Erő', ill. a 'Béke és a Munka' ezek nincsenek a képen/ szoborpárjai, mint a polgári erények mementói állnak.
