Në kapitullin e parë të librit autori përshkruan origjinën e perandorisë turke dhe zgjerimin e saj.Epirin, kufijtë dhe shqiptarët që jetonin në Greqi, (Peleponez). Vlora një port i rëndësishëm për turqit dhe synimet e tyre. Skëndërbeu një prijës i shkëlqyer. Bashkëpunimi i Skënderbeut me mbretin Alfons të Napolit. Mbrojtja e kristianëve shqiptarë nga Skëndërbeu. Libri ka lidhje lëkure. Libri gjendet në bibliotekën "Qemal Baholli" Elbasan.
