  • Bilder von Versammlungen, Aufzügen und ähnlichen Vorgängen, an denen die dargestellten Personen teilgenommen haben;
  • Bildnisse, die nicht auf Bestellung angefertigt sind, sofern die Verbreitung oder Schaustellung einem höheren Interesse der Kunst dient.

Allerdings sind auch in diesen Fällen sowohl die berechtigten Interessen des Abgebildeten (§ 23 II KUG; siehe z.B. Entstellungsverbot: BVerfG, 1 BvR 240/04) oder, falls dieser verstorben ist, seiner Angehörigen, als auch der Kontext der öffentlichen Zurschaustellung mit Sicht auf den Informationsgehalt zu beachten (siehe BGH VI ZR 13/06).

Diese Datei darf daher nur in einem entsprechend erlaubten Kontext gezeigt werden. Sofern eine Einwilligung nötig ist, muss sie an permissions-de@wikimedia.org gesendet werden.
