| Description |
English: (1 in a multiple picture album) This shot was from the Angels's Landing Lower Trail. Though it is 9:30 a.m. the sun still has not reached down to the river. The high formation at the left is Angel's landing. We hiked to the base of the trail that goes to the very top of the peak. We didn't plan on doing that part of the hike. It is nearly vertical and at places you are holding a chain attached to the cliff face with a 2000 foot drop on the other side of the 18 inch pathway. Not for those who are afraid of heights. |
