English: Church of St Mary the Virgin, Ewelme: end angel on the canopy of the monument of Alice de la Pole, Duchess of Suffolk (née Chaucer). Unicorn crest atop a helm with heraldic shield below, quarterly of 4: 1&4: Gules, three Catherine Wheels or (Roet, canting arms, French rouet = "spinning wheel"); 2& 3: A lion rampant (worn, probably Chaucer) with a ducal coronet and the Chaucer unicorn crest.
