Català: Animació de l'experiment d'Oersted del 1820. Una brúixola se situa amb l'agulla, orientada sud-nord, paral·lela a un conductor elèctric. Quan el circuit es tanca passa corrent pel circuit la qual cosa produeix un camp magnètic que desvia l'agulla en sentit nord-oest, estant la brúixola a sota del fil i i circulant la intensitat del corrent de sud a nord. Després d'unes oscil·lacions l'agulla queda estable. |
