Anna Bath (other names: Anna Spa, Thermal and Adventure Bath, Szeged Spa, Steam Bath) was built in eclectic style with neo-Renaissance elements in 1896. Plan: Adolf Láng]] and Antal Steinhardt architects. Due to faulty design and construction, reconstructions were necessary between 1906 and 1909, during which Ferenc Priváry, mechanical inspector, finally repaired it with the help of architect Béla Ligeti. Later, thermal water (Anna water), 52 °C (Anna Well), excavated directly next to the artesian well, was introduced and erupted from a depth of 944m with a yield of 600 liter per minute. The medicinal water, rich in mineral salts, is excellent against digestive and excretory problems and Basedow's disease. Between 1950-1953 internal construction took place, including the replacement of wooden slabs with reinforced concrete. In the central part of the plot, the tub baths opened from a corridor surrounding an oval courtyard; To the right of the wing of the building were the men's and to the left the women's large mirror bath, warm, lukewarm and two cold water pools, shower, steam, rubbing, warm air rooms, large rest room, foot washing room, bunk changing room with 46 and 30 cabins. These were complemented by cold water healing rooms, medical rooms and service rooms. The variety of shapes of the brick-vaulted rooms provided a special spatial experience: circle, semicircle, polygon, octagon, oval, segmental rectangle. Terv: Láng Adolf és Steinhardt Antal építészek.A hibás tervezésés és kivitel miatt 1906–1909. közötti átépítésekre volt szükség melynek során Priváry Ferenc gépészeti fölügyelő végre rendbe hozta Ligeti Béla műépítész segítségével. Később a közvetlenül az artézi kút mellett 1927-ben föltárt, 52 °C-os hévizet (Anna-víz) is bevezették, amely 944 m mélyből percenként 600 l hozammal tört föl. Az ásványi sókban gazdag gyógyvíz emésztési és kiválasztási bajok, valamint a Basedow-kór ellen kiváló. 1950–53. között belső átalakítások történtek, közte pl. fafödémet kicserélték vasbetonra. A telek középső részén egy ovális udvart körülvevő folyosóról nyíltak a a kádfürdők; az épületszárnytól jobbra voltak találhatók a férfi, balra a női nagy tükörfürdő, meleg-, langyos- s két hidegvizes medence, zuhany, gőz, dörzsölő, meleg léghelyiségek, nagy pihenőterem, lábmosó helyiség, emeletes öltöző 46 és 30 kabinnal. Ezeket egészítették ki a hidegvizes gyógytermek, az orvosi szobák és kiszolgáló helyiségek. Különleges térélmény forrását jelentette a téglaboltozatos termek alakjának változatossága: kör, félkör, sokszög, nyolcszög, ovális, szegmentíves téglalap. A melléképületek egy második udvar körül találhatók. A főhomlokzat bal szélén, a szép, kovácsoltvas kapu mögött keskeny folyosó vezeti hosszan ide a gazdasági forgalmat.
