SPECIALTIES IN VEGETABLE SEEDS. 3 Southern Beauty Cantaloupe. This new Melon is remarkably free from rot of all sorts, caused by damp and rainy weather, and will hold up for a long time after they have ripened, the outer rind remaining firm and sound for at least ten days after the Melon first ripens. This Melon is also very prolific, more so than any other variety of Cantaloupe that I have ever tried. This is a new introduction of great merit and value, and every farmer and gardener should give it a trial. Pkt. 10c, oz. 20c, \ lb. 65c, lb. $2.00. Duke Jones Water Melon. The largest and most prolific melon now in existence. One car load of 800 melons, averaging 43 pounds each, gathered from two- thirds of an acre. This melon is an improvement on the Jones and Jumbo melons. It is very much the same shape as the Kolb Gem, but grows to much larger size, is of delicious flavor and is a sure favorite wherever grown. Dark green rind, bright red flesh; early, prolific, very large. It has all the good qualities of a perfect melon; try it and be convinced. Pkt. 5c,oz. 20c, \ lb. 65c, lb. $2.00. SOUTHERN BEAUTY. The Jumbo. The shape of this new melon is almost round. The skin is green, with faint stripes of lighter green. In form and habit of resting on the blossom end is like the "Pride of Georgia," but is free from the ribs of that variety. As indicated by the name, they grow to a fine large size, with a very tough rind, making it a valuable shipping variety. Flesh red and very sweet, Pkfe 5c, oz. 15c, \ lb. 40c, lb. $1.25.

Johnson's Dixie. No melon ever introduced has met with such large sale and brought us so many strong recommendations from truckers and melon growers in all sections of the country. Its great productiveness is shown from the fact that the past two seasons they matured from six to eight large melons to the vine, while Kolb Gem rarely produced more than two or three. The vines grow strong and rapidly with more laterals than any other melon and have the singular and very valuable quality of rooting from every joint, adding greatly to the productiveness and life of the vines. The meat is more scarlet, finer and of much better quality. Pkt. 5c, oz. 10c, J lb. 30c, lb. $1.00. The Dallas Market. has given the best satisfaction of any melon we have ever sold. The shape is oblong, color green, with faint lighter stripe; deep red meat, surpassing all other varieties as much In flavor as in size, and for a market melon sells more rapidly and for higher prices than any other melon. They average in weight from forty to eighty pounds, and are very solid and good for shipping. We can recommend this melon very highly, and feel assured that all our customers who try it will be pleased. Pkt. 5c, oz. 15c, I lb. 35c, lb. $1.00, postpaid.
