Nederlands: Neogotisch hoofdportaal (1903) van de Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekathedraal door Jean Baptist van Wint (1829-1906)

De eigenlijke rechter van hett eindoordeel of iemand naar de hemel of de hel gaat is Christus.Aan weerskanten van zijn troon worden het kruis (waaraan Hij gekruisigd werd) en de lans (waarmee Zijn hart werd doorboord) getoond als overwinningstekens.Het symboliseert de definitieve overwinning van Jezus op al het kwade en op de dood.

In de archivolten staan heiligen die Hem eer betuigen.
