Description
English: Apoptotic DNA laddering visualised in an agarose gel by ethidium bromide staining. DNA was extracted from the rat hepatoma cell line H4IIE. Left lane: Cells were treated with 1 mM of the apoptosis-inducing substance paraquat for 24 h. Middle lane: 1 kb Marker (GeneRuler, Fermentas). Right lane: DNA from untreated cells (control).
