Summary edit

Description Monument Valley is the classic symbol of the American Southwest - it is a beautiful area. I've been there 4-5 times and love it. One of these trips I'm going to time it to spend the night in the area and take a jeep tour. On this trip in November 2012 I took the self guided tour on the Valley road (the road was in really bad shape this time and I think the bumps re-arranged my kidneys). Mid-day lighting sucks but the clouds helps, and even with taking a lot of photos it is a great experience. Enjoy!
