English: Approaching the bottom of the lower incline from the Diphwys Casson New Quarry workings From the bottom of this incline the tramroad proceeded along a narrow terrace before entering a, now collapsed, tunnel to the site of the quarry's upper mill. A public footpath, following a former quarrymen's path, descends the incline and then cuts away across the shoulder of the hill in the direction of the town. |
