Description
English: Brig. Gen. William Hall, the land component commander for the Arizona Army National Guard, awarded several employees for recognition of outstanding service, during a tour of the installation on March 25. Hall met with the management as well as all personnel during a town hall meeting to discuss future plans under the new senior leadership. “We’ve got to set the conditions here at Camp Navajo 20 years from now,” Hall said during the town hall meeting. When he asked who at the meeting has worked here the longest, a gentleman raised his hand, saying he has worked at the facility for 34 years. “And I’m sure you have seen a lot of changes since you came onboard,” Hall said. “My intent is to create a legacy that lasts for another 34, and I’m sure there are many who would like to work here for that much longer.” Hall goes on to iterate that all personnel have a responsibility to maintain the installation and the values of the organization for the next generation.
