Description
Nederlands: Arm – patch van het Canadese 2e Bataljon Royal 22e Régiment in Museum Maassluis. Op 8 mei 1945 werd Maassluis bevrijd. Twee Canadesen luitenant-kolonel G.A. Turcot en zijn adjudant kapitein P.A. Tremblay kwamen als eerste de stad binnen. Om 12 uur arriveerden 850 man van het Canadese Royal 22e Regiment. Zij zouden voor langere tijd ingekwartierd worden.
