Français : ...La figure 52 reproduit l'armature du puits de Marcoussis. Cette
armature se composait de trois tiges de fer carré, avec arcs-boutants à la base pour arrêter le hiement, c'est-à-dire le mouvement pivotant qu'eussent pu éprouver ces trois barres. Celles-ci sont d'ailleurs un peu inclinées vers le centre. Un cercle de fer battu les réunit à leur sommet, et reçoit, en outre, des liens en redents qui donnent du roide à tout l'ouvrage et maintiennent les trois pieds-droits dans leur plan. Du cercle partent, au-dessus des barres, trois volutes pincées au niveau a par des moises. Au milieu de ces trois volutes passe le poinçon b, auquel est suspendue la poulie. Le cercle, les moises des volutes et le poinçon étaient ornés de tôles découpées et rivées... |
