English: Ashchurch Station: one-coach branch train at the Tewkesbury platform. View SE, towards the junction with the Birmingham - Bristol main line, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bristol. The locomotive is No. 41900, one of the rare LMS Stanier 2P 0-4-4T, which was working the service to Tewkesbury and Upton-on-Severn for about a year in 1959. As can be seen, hardly anyone used the service. |
