Português: Pintura quinhentista em madeira de carvalho atribuída ao pintor régio de D. Manuel I e D. João III, Gregório Lopes (1490-1550) ou a algum discípulo seu da oficina lisboeta. A Virgem saída do catre, assente numa calote lunar crescente e de mãos postas, é elevada aos céus. Recorrente na temática durante a primeira metade do século XVI, vários anjos presenciam a cena executando diversos instrumentos musicais quer de música alta - charamelas, sacabuxa e bombarda -, quer instrumentos de música baixa - alaúde e rabeque. Devidamente agrupados, podemos ainda observar um grupo de anjos cantores segurando um livro aberto com vestígios de notação musical.
