Nederlands: In 1659 voltooide de architect Pieter Post (1608-1669) de bouw van het stadhuis van Maastricht. Op deze prent zien we een doorsnede van het stadhuis van oost naar west gezien. De prent is de tiende uit een reeks prenten van het bouwwerk die in 1664 door de Amsterdamse uitgever Frederik de Wit (1630-1706) werd gepubliceerd.
English: The new town hall of Maastricht by architect Pieter Post (1608-1669) was finished in 1659. This print from 1664 shows a east-west section of the town hall. The print is the tenth in a series of prints about the new town hall of Maastricht published in Amsterdam by Frederik de Wit (1630-1706) in 1664.
