Description
English: 3D network model of endothelial mitochondria. The video shows a 3D model of the mitochondrial network in the same z-stack as Video S1 (i.e. a mitoGFP expressing HUVEC). The mitochondrial filaments were skeletonized and vectorized, and mitochondrial branches (green branches), branching points (purple dots, 3 branches; red dots, 4 branches) and endpoints (green dots) were identified.
