English: EB3 dynamics in U2-OS cells expressing Rac1 mutants. Spinning disk confocal fluorescence time-lapse image sequences of cells expressing mKO-EB3 to mark growing MT plus ends in cells expressing control non-targeting vector (WT, left), CA-Rac1 (middle), and DN-Rac1 (right).
