Description
Español: Vista a vuelo de pájaro en dirección norte-sur de las obras de construcción del camino de circunvalación de Buenos Aires, la Avenida General Paz, a fines de 1938. Al momento de la construcción de la Avenida, la mayor parte de las zonas que atravesaba aún no estaban urbanizadas. Una excepción era el barrio de Liniers, que aparece en esta fotografía. En el centro, en dirección horizontal, se ven las vías del Ferrocarril del Oeste (hoy Sarmiento), junto a la Avenida Rivadavia. El triángulo de la derecha corresponde al Cementerio Israelita de Liniers. Más allá, el puente sobre la calle Ramón Falcón.
