World War II black and white broadside printed in French. One from a set of nine public bulletins donated by Ernest R. Pirka to Milner Library. Pirka was a former ISNU student (1940-42) serving in France during World War II. The bulletins announce items of public importance such as curfews, blackout hours, bans on arms and munitions, and usage of carrier pigeons. This particular notice is regarding blackout hours. |
