עברית: הרמטכ״ל, רב-אלוף אביב כוכבי, סייר במסגרת היום השני לביקורו הרשמי במרוקו, בשכונות בהן התפתחה הקהילה היהודית בעיר העתיקה במרקש. הרמטכ"ל ביקר גם בבית העלמין היהודי ובבית הכנסת 'אל עזאמה' בעיר. במהלך הביקור שוחח עם חברי הקהילה היהודית אשר חלקם עלו לישראל במסגרת עליית הנוער, לחמו במלחמת יום הכיפורים ולאחריה חזרו למרוקו. כחלק מהמפגש, ערכו תפילה משותפת בבית הכנסת. בנוסף, הרמטכ"ל ורח"ט המחקר ביקרו בבסיס חיל האוויר המרוקאי ״בן גרייר״, שם פגשו את מפקד הבסיס, קולונל מייג׳ור חאסן מחואר, שסקר אודות איום הכטב"מים והרחפנים ועל פעילות טייסת מטוסי קרב מסוג F-16. במסגרת הביקור, שוחחו המפקדים על יצירת שיתוף פעולה בין חילות האוויר של הצבאות. |
