Corner building. Architect: László Mányoki (Béla Pintér) Built in 1958 and 1959. Participant of Budapest100 (2021) event. Stickers with QR code, weblink and small photos at the entrance as a local history exhibition. There are two plaques - 38/a-b Böszörményi Road and Kiss János altábornagy Street corner, Németvölgy neighbourhood, 12th district of Budapest.

Saroképület Tervező: Pintér Béla/az épületen lévő tábla szerint : Építésügyi Minisztérium Középülettervező Vállalat Mányoki László 1954, építtette az Építésügyi Minisztérium 45 számú Állami Építőipari Vállalat Sík Mátyás építésvezető, Szanyi Bálint művezető 1958-1959. A homlokzaton e házban élt Kövecses Béla operaénekes emléktábla (2019) hegyvidek.hu szerint 2020 februárban avatták. Az épület a Budapest100 2021 résztvevője volt. A kapualjban QR-kódos és weblinkcímes matricák Kutatás: Sóki Diána. Az 1957-es Esti Hírlapkét számában is írtsk hogy a főváros romháztelkeinak beépítése végre rendeződik. Az épületek között volt a 38 szám és szomszédos 40 is amelyek egyedi és nem típustervek alapján éültek. A lakások erkéllyel, beépített gardróbbalés lakókonyhával készültek. A ház érdekessége a légópince ls a háztetőtőn kialakított lőállás. Vasbeton vázas téglafalas épület kőburkolatos homlokzattal. A ház elkészültekor szinte azonnal "korszerú KÖZÉRT fűszer csemege" is nyitott ami azóta is bolti helységként müködik. Falakra irva... virtuális kiállitás. Épületbejárás szervezetten.
