English: Photograph shows nose art on a B-24 bomber including bombs, representing missions flown , and nose art with a picture of a young woman removing her skirt or slip and the word "Jamaica?" The pilot's name, Lt. Larry Booth, Mississippi, and another name, Chas Herb[?] [Charles Herbst] are also painted on the plane. "Jamaica?", part of the Army Air Forces 466th Bombardment Group in England, was later lost on September 25, 1944 during a fuel hauling mission. No known restrictions on publication. |
