EQUIPMENT FOR PERSONAL USE Rooms for students are furnished with double beds or singlecouch beds, mattresses and pillows, bureau, table, and chairs.Sheets, pillow cases, and white spreads are provided for thebeds. The following equipment is required—Blankets or bed com-forter, towels, table napkins, a large laundry bag well markedwith the students name. Suggested—Three or four goodframed pictures, window curtains, rugs or carpet. All young women must be provided with a gymnasium cos-tume consisting of bloomers, middy blouse, and a pair ofgymnasium slippers. They should also have a pair of high,strong shoes suitable for hiking and climbing. LAUNDRY REGULATIONS Each student is allowed twelve (12) articles of plain clothingin the wash each week. Every article of clothing must be plainly marked with in-delible ink. Defective marking is generally responsible forthe missing of articles. Extra charge will be made for all clothing in the wash in ex-cess of the twelve (12) pieces allowed.

BLOOMSBURG SUMMARY OF EXPENSES The Tuition, which is equal to the charge in good colleges,is free, because the Normal School is state supported. Registration fee ($10.00 for each semester) - $ 20.00Board, room, laundry ($7.00 per week for 36 weeks) 252.00 The registration fee carries with it free admission to allregularly scheduled lectures and entertainments and to allregularly scheduled games of football, basketball, and baseball. The registration fee must be paid on the day of registration. Bills for board, room, and laundry must be paid within oneweek after they are due. If such bills are not paid withinone week, students are excluded from classes and receive nogrades for their work. For absence two consecutive weeks or more on account ofpersonal illness, a deduction for board is made. No otherdeduction is made for absence.
