Der "Karnische Sonnenbogen" erinnert an den Dobratschabsturz im Jahr 1348, bei dem 17 Dörfer, 9 Kirchen und 3 Dörfer zerstört wurden. Am Schnittpunkt 3er Kulturen - germanisch, romanisch und slawisch - wird der Übergang von der Vergangenheit in die Gegenwart und Zukung symbolisiert.
