English: Vice Adm. Philip S. Davidson, commander, U.S. 6th Fleet, passes through side boys as he is welcomed aboard the U.S. 6th Fleet command and control ship USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20) during Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) 2014. Now in its 42nd year, BALTOPS is an annual, multinational exercise to enhance maritime capabilities and interoperability, and to support regional stability.
