BESSIE BARRISCALE created the leading parts in "Rose of the Rancho" and "The Bird of Paradise," and was long the most prominent of the younger actresses. In her first screen appearances, "The Clip of Life" and "The Devil," her sincerity and her refined beauty made all immediate impression upon playgoers. One of her recent pictures is "The Golden Claw," an Ince-Triangle production. She is small and has brown eyes and curly hair.
