Zur Erinnerung an JOHANN JOSEPH BRUNGS * 1853 in Honnef † 1942 Studienrat a.D., Professor, Verfasser des 1925 aus Anlaß der 1000-Jahrfeier der Rheinlande und der 600-Jahrfeier des St. Sebastianus-Schützenvereins Honnef erschienenen Buches "Die Stadt Honnef und ihre Geschichte." Er lebte in diesem Hause von 1919 bis 1942. Gestiftet von der Stadtsparkasse Bad Honnef
